Website, application, maintenance, and AI-related development services are delivered according to an agreed scope. Out-of-scope changes may require revised fees or timelines.

Consultations provide professional recommendations based on information available at the time. Decisions and implementation remain the client responsibility unless separately contracted.

Search engines and platforms are controlled by third parties and change frequently. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, approval, or any particular outcome.

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, lawful materials, approvals, and a suitable contact. Delays may affect delivery dates and results.

Fees, billing dates, taxes, milestones, and payment schedules are set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Overdue payments may pause work after reasonable notice.

Timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise and may change because of scope changes, client dependencies, third-party reviews, or technical constraints.

SearchAligned retains rights in pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of client deliverables is governed by the applicable agreement and full payment.

Each party should protect non-public business, technical, and commercial information and use it only for the agreed purpose, except where disclosure is legally required.

Hosting providers, search engines, analytics tools, app stores, and other platforms have independent rules. SearchAligned is not responsible for their changes, outages, suspensions, or decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, SearchAligned is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or platform decisions.

Either party may end services according to the applicable agreement. Fees for completed work, committed costs, and work through the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to a different written client agreement. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India, apply where permitted.
