Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

This policy explains the general cancellation and refund approach for SearchAligned services. Specific written agreements may set different project terms.

Consultation Bookings

Free consultations require no payment. For paid consultations, terms provided at booking apply. A missed session or late cancellation may be non-refundable when time and preparation were committed.

Monthly SEO Plans

Monthly plans allocate specialist resources in advance. Cancellation applies prospectively under the service agreement. Earned fees for the current period or completed work are generally non-refundable.

Development Projects

Development is normally billed through deposits, milestones, or time-based invoices. Completed work, setup, purchased assets, and committed third-party costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Procedure

Email an authorized written request to info@searchaligned.com with the client name, project or invoice reference, requested date, and reason. Cancellation is effective after written acknowledgement.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered for duplicate payment, a billing error, payment for work we confirm will not begin, or a circumstance expressly covered by a written agreement. Eligibility is reviewed individually.

Non-Refundable Work Already Completed

Completed services, discovery, research, audits, strategy, content, design, development, account setup, reserved capacity, approved milestones, and third-party purchases are non-refundable where permitted.

Timeline for Refunds

If approved, SearchAligned initiates a refund within 10 to 14 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Payment Methods

Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. If unavailable, a lawful alternative may be agreed after verification. Refunds are not sent to unrelated third parties.

Billing Contact

Send cancellation, billing, or refund questions to info@searchaligned.com. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
